You can’t tell from the exterior, but this bar is the Cheers of Pueblo. Call it what ya will, but Steve’s Klamm Shell is great food at a low price. Their slopper is awesome! Their staff is friendly and Ralph’s your guy for conversation. Go ahead and check it out, you won’t regret it!

On arrival my family and I were greeted by a younger man very polite and welcoming. From understanding he had worked there for 10 years or so. The food was excellent and beer was pretty cold. Evan if the food was. Fair we would definitely go back for the atmosphere and bartender…! I reccomed for anyone looking for good food and great conversation. My favorite restaurant now.

Fantastic Food. Before I start, let me say this: Klamm’s Shell is not for the faint of heart. It is a dark, dank dive. But, if you can make it past its gruff exterior, you’ll experience what may be some of the best food in Pueblo. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, although I’m a sucker for a scooner of red beer, an order of cardiac dip, and a slopper with extra cheese. The pork and avocado burritos are also excellent.
