Great food. I really enjoy coming here it is very relaxed and intimate.it is also family friendly you won’t have to listen to children crying during your meal but it is comfortable for kids, My 4 year old daughter also enjoys it .this is easily one of my go to places when I want a relaxing dinner.The restaurant is surprisingly tasteful for being so affordable. Overall I would definitely recommend trying their sushi first if you’re new to Pueblo
Best tasting and least expensive sushi in Pueblo!. I’ve tried just about every sushi restaurant in Pueblo and Sushi Garden serves the best out of all of them. Good sushi isn’t just about fresh fish and fancy serving platters. The rice needs to be rinsed, cooked perfectly and seasoned just right especially when serving nigiri. Most restaurants don’t add enough seasoned vinegar (or any at all) which causes the rice to fall apart when you pick it up with your chopsticks. You should be able to dip it in the soy sauce without it coming apart. The rice vinegar mixing with the soy sauce and wasabi should harmonize and that’s something many other restaurants lack. I’ve tried Sushi Garden 4 times now and each time they’ve been consistent with good sushi. The atmosphere is clean and spacious with wonderful decor throughout. The only complaint I have is that they don’t have enough staff to wait on tables when it gets busy and we have to wait for service.
