Base Camp is probably my favourite bar in Aspen Snowmass.The food is top notch, service is great and they have Slaughterhouse lager on tap which is pretty hard to say no to.The location at the bottom of the mountain is perfect as it gives you the option to either take the Elk Camp Gondola or Village Express Chair back up the mountain after lunch.Id recommend coming here for lunch when its a blue bird so you can enjoy a cold beer on the veranda where you can take in the view of the mountain whilst soaking up the sun.Doesnt get much better than this.

Burger wasn’t very good.agree with prior reviews that these are likely frozen pre-made patties. Chicken tenders also likely frozen, but decent enough.service was great.staff very friendly. Deck offers great views. Fries and tots were awesome. Would recommend for snacks and drinks instead of meals.
