Best place in Snowmass to get food and beverage. They have anything from smoothies to breakfast burritos. I high recommend going there and give it a try, Starbucks is way overrated! Staff there is extremely helpful and friendly.
Not really gluten free. Fuel is great, but I went with my kids because it was labeled a gluten free restaurant. It was my fault for not understanding that this was a little coffee shop that served hot breakfast. It is not a sit down restaurant with gluten free pancakes. It’s a cute coffee shop that serves great burritos.
Bagel with sante fe cream cheese was tasty. Breakfast burrito was huge, good, and fresh. Service was pretty quick. Every time I went there they had run out of some ingredient though, but it wasn’t ever an issue. Would recommend for breakfast.
