We enjoyed the restaurant and the steak was a great cut of meat, however I did not cook it well. With my grill at home, I know the temperature and am able to cook a steak perfect for me but their grill was different and I didn’t cook it well. The staff were great fun.
Horrible! Expensive!. If you want to cook our own steaks at three times the cost of doing it at home, this is the place to go. Spread the word…bad salad bar, slow service (since you are cooking, they don’t hire wait staff), and expensive……

It is more than a great meal and great steak…it is about meeting other people who are visiting Steamboat and skiing or spending time out doors having fun in Steamboat. Ate here last night with friends!! Didn’t know it was cook it yourself!!! The food was awesome and a great spot for a crowd and a dew beers!!! Will go back next time I’m in steamboat
Good iPod and fun atmosphere. Cooking food yourself gets a little old because you have to stand there for at least 15 minutes. Does not sound long until you have to stand there. Sides were surprisingly small.
Interesting concept, family fun expensive
Too expensive considing you have to cook it yourself. It should be optional. On the bright side, the steaks are pretty good.
