GREAT steaks, fun atmosphere, unique experience. We have been to The 8th Street Steakhouse several times- with and without the kids and EVERY time was a joy. You do cook your own steak, and for us, that’s part of the fun and uniqueness of this steak house- we just take our drinks to the grill and continue our conversations and interactions. We highly recommend you check this place out for a fun evening and great steaks.
HIGH COST GRILL YOUR OWN. After going to Strawberry Park Hot Springs we were in dire need of protein and was really looking forward to a yummy steak and relaxing time. NOT at this steak house. Nothing said ‘cook your own’ and the bartender was pretty snotty with us for not knowing this. The appetizers were mediocre and the food that YOU are supposed to grill yourself was WAY OVERPRICED!! Why would anyone pay $13.95 for a chicken breast to grill when you could purchase enough for a weeks worth of meals for that price and grill them on your own grill at home? Stupid! This place is totally not worth it, especially with a bartender with attitude.
