Excellent food! We were there on Monday, which is ravioli night. I had the special: goat cheese and lemon ravioli with asparagus, in a tomato cream sauce, and it was divine. My partner had the spaghetti bolognese, and loved it. They also started us with very nice bread and some white bean hummus with olives, no charge. We finished with the tiramisu, which was tangy and creamy. Could have had more bitterness from the coffee, but it was tasty.We drank a NZ sav blanc, and since CO law doesn’t let you take away open bottles, the waiter kindly sealed our leftover wine in a plastic bag, so we could travel with it.Service was attentive and informative, ambiance was cozy. Would definitely return!

Amazing!. This was by far one of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten. We tried a variety of dishes, each amazing. The staff was friendly and the environment was welcoming and relaxing. I would be a regular here if I lived in Steamboat.
The Highwayman. Very good food. Very friendly staff. In the basement of the hotel. Cozy atmosphere. Not for those who are claustrophobic.
The dessert chocolate calzone is a must have! Never seen it anywhere else and it is absolutely delicious 🙂
Worth the wait…had to wait until 5pm for opening but had a fun hour watching Alpine Slide right behind. Butternut ravioli was AWESOME! Service was very attentive. Salad dressing and bread was delicious, as well. Yum!! Go there!!
BEST PLACE IN STEAMBOAT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The best place in Steamboat!!!! I have been here numerous times & it is always top notch!!! Excellent service & food!!!! A definite must!!
