Waited 1/2 hour to get drink, food wasn’t here after 1 hour and asked for the check to leave while at brunch. Bar and kitchen seems terribly understaffed for 11am Sunday brunch. It is unfortunate as the menu looked great. Both owner and manager on site I am told, neither had the courtesy to apologize or address our issue.

Horrible service. Waitress made it an awful experience. She didn’t tell us the specials. She didn’t even ask us for drink refills. We had a horrible experience and will never be back.

A must if your in Steamboat. Cozy and warm atmosphere with great service. Being on the river is a bonus but go for the amazing food. Very fresh all being from local farms. Love that they offer healthy options.

Food was good but service was slow for a Tues nite. Dinner entrees were $20 – $25.

Diamond in the Mountains. If you are within 100 miles of Steamboat Springs, I urge you to take a very scenic drive to get there. Not only will you get to see views and vistas that inspired both singer and poets, but you will get to partake in an outstanding dining experience at Sweet Pea Market and Restaurant. The owner (Katherine) and her entire staff are both friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and the area. If you happen to visit in the spring, summer, or fall, you will get to set in an idyllic setting on the deck overlooking the flowing river, while you enjoy tasty creations from Chef Ariel.Having attended cooking school myself, I know excellent cuisine when I taste it, and I would have to give Chef Ariel and Katherine my highest recommendation…

Special Little Restaurant. Terrific food, nice atmosphere and a healthy natural menu makes this place one of the best and unique dining spots in Steamboat. The food is made with great attention to detail and a bargain at that. Well chosen small wine list to match the menu. Good bread, well conceived salads and very tasty fish, meat and poultry selections. 4 Stars for a $$ prices!

Fantastic. Fresh, creative, and very yummy. The whole family was still talking about it the next day.
