We try to seek out local and unique hot dog joints when we come to a new town. It is a little kiosk on a corner right in down town Steamboat Springs. We hit this hot dog stand on a Saturday afternoon around 2:00. It has a great variety of specialty dogs. We order 4 different dogs, the Cincinnati dog, the Tucson dog, A Chicago dog, and one other hotdog that were made to order. We were disappointed when at the Cincinnati in Tucson could not be completed to order due to lack of product they had run out of. It was a busy day for them, They were apologetic and very accommodating to us. The food was hot, came out fast, and the person manning the kiosk was great.
