Lost our business. My husband And I have been coming here since this place opened and always loved it however recently things have changed for the worse! The quality of the food has really gone downhill and the new girl that works there is dumber than a box of rocks. She couldn’t get your order right to save her life! It really sucks when you’ve worked all day and your tired so you get takeout, but when you get home it’s not what you ordered! The last thing you want to do is drive back up there to get what you ordered to begin with. The purpose of ordering takeout is so you can relax when you get home. Who wants to have to drive back and forth! Sorry to say after All the years of frequenting this establishment we will go back to our old favorite Mercedes which is closer to home anyway or find someplace new? There are plenty of Mexican restaurants out there that will probably give me what I actually ordered! Word of advice to the owner, check your employees because your losing business and it is costing you money!

Poor customer service. Ordered #3, which is huevos rancheros. They gave me 2 burritos which was another #3 on their menu. When I told the counter girl I wanted huevos rancheros, she told me she was going to have to charge me for both the burritos and the huevos rancheros. I told her I didnt want the burritos, and I was sorry that I didn’t see that there was two #3’s on the menu. It was both of our faults, mine because I didn’t see the two #3’s and hers because she didn’t clarify which #3 I ordered. Why was I going to have to pay for food I wasn’t taking. She said because they couldn’t use it. I asked to talk to someone else. She said they were very busy and couldn’t talk. I said I would wait. She finally agreed to let me pay for only the huevos rancheros. With so many choices today, Cafe Rios just opened up the street, why would you treat your customers so poorly. I have been a regular customer and have had no problems. Now that I see how they treat me when there is a problem, I will not be going back.
Yummy!!!. We ate here for the first time today after reading good reviews…we REALLY like this place! Very flavorful, cheap, good service and the food is filling. Will definetily be eating here again soon. The place is small but who cares, we’re here for the food!
Good burrito to go. I’ve tried the carnitas and the carne asada burritos. They are both gems, The burritos are stuffed with a lot of meat and flavor. Two sides of salsa come with the burrito, both taste great. I always leave with a full belly and feel very satisfied for around $5.
