My Pal Sal. Most of the time this is a one man show- an Asian man I have affectionately referred to as Sal over the years, he smiles when I call him that. Rain, snow, blizzard he always shows up and the food is always piping hot and he is a no nonsense fella, he tells you what time it’s gonna be on the porch and it is there ALWAYS! my all time favorite is the Gyro and Calzones, the ingredients are always fresh, tomatoes and cucumbers that look like you just bought yourself and no skimping on the portions they are HUGE!Those who are posting bad reviews about the pizza, give the man a break it’s not Italy it’s delivery, his location is a tiny old Thornton walk up ice creme stand from back in the day and he is always polite and your supporting our local economy.If your a foodie and like those little hole in the wall places this is the place. The pictures on the online menu is exactly what you get.Sal- 😉 If your reading this my friend, Thanks for all the years and especially the times when the weather is so bad everyone else shuts down, but not you, your out there in the worst of weather and I admire that. I’m getting my usual today and tipping you BIG!
Complete rip-off for mediocre pizza. We ordered One x-lg pizza with pepperoni and sausage–it was 31.08the pizza was 15.99 the toppings were 10.00??????????????? they called it a specialty pizza I have never in my life (and i’m from NYC) been chrged soooo much for one pizza–only one pizza– no sodas nothing else but 2 small containers of extra sauce for this price I expected pizza fresh from Italy but with the 2 toppings and the 5.00 delivery chrg 31.08 for one pizza and it wasn’t even that good–I feel completely ripped off–they also chrge you 5 dollars in advance on your card for a tip??? Isn’t that illegal ? I will never go there again – I called to complain – the man couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough and didn’t answer my question–do not go there unless you like throwing money down a hole–so disappointed……I can’t afford to be ripped off like this.

Hmm Hmm Good. We ordered the three things from them tonight and even in -5 degree weather they delivered. Ingredients were fresh, gyro was super packed with meat. I just couldn’t believe how much they packed into it.
Awful. This is hands down the worst pizza we have ever had. Crust was awful, the sandwiches were made with pizza crusts as bread, wings were tiny, fatty, and terribly sauced. We have tried Sal’s three times and each time was worse than the time before!!!
Loaded Pizza. There is SO MUCH cheese and so many toppings on this pizza! Make sure you’re hungry!
