  I’m so impressed! Little did we expect that a little neighborhood bar (so it appeared) near us, called ‘the Aspen Lodge Bar & Grill — which is something of a misnomer, as it has nothing to do with mountain ski fare — would turn out to have such beautifully presented, well-prepared food with a Greek flare. The tomatoes and halved papper on the Gyro plate were grilled, the proportions were perfect, the tadziki flavorful, the pita nicely charred, etc. When the chef came to the table to inquire (which was nice, too), I was able to assure him that this simple but beautifully done fare should draw in the ‘in-the-know’ crowd, if there’s any justice. They could go with a little more of an obvious Greek touch to the decor, but hey, it was a nice little space, clean and attractive, regardless.

  Phenomenal!. Absolutely amazing meal. Fries are cut to order, delicious everything. Try the Raki! Live music every Thursday.

  I’ll be back to the Aspen Lodge Bar & Grill. The first thing I noticed was how uncrowded the furniture was, there was plenty of room between tables.The servers were friendly, relaxed and unhurried.My steak burrito was delicious, but my dates spinach salad was on a huge platter and gorgeous.I loved it when the chef came out and chatted at each of the tables, and asked me if I wanted some extra green chili for my dish.
