wasn’t too excited to go here after reading some negative reviews. Friday night, full house, lovely patio with lots of shade. The margaritas come in beautiful BIG glasses, delicious. Our waitress was very attentive, very helpful in explaining happy hour, and all in all, very well trained. The food was hot and delicious too. What more could you ask? We spoke to the manager before we left, and told him how pleased we were wirh everything. They aredoing everything right. I hope it continues. We will be back , soon, I hope.
Simply it was just bad service.
Bad Server. My first time being at this restaurant and w had a horrible waitress. She did not check on us nor did she ask how the food was or services. We had to give the tip to the busboy since he is the one who took care of us. He brought our drink refills and some more chips and salsa. The waitress took our orders yes and brought them but did not frequently check on us nor did she bring the check until we were getting up to leave and same goes for paying of the check. We started to take off to the register to pay since she did not come around for 25 minutes or so. Oh she saw us and came right away but took forever to give us our change. The food was good but her service was poor.
Wonderful!. Sat as soon as we walked in and treated like royalty by Cathy. She treated us like family. Promptly brought my fresh strawberry daiquiri with Malibu and a Dos XX. On to four dipping sauces and warm and crunchy homemade chips. Plates and plates of dinner later and we leave stuffed and happy. Could not have been more pleased. Really. We are from Texas and have no relations with anyone at this restaurant. Just pulled in because parking lot was full and it smelled really good.
Place has deterioated. Started good but management does not seem to care about satisfaction anymore.Very bad experience 5/22/14

I eat at Coronas probably twice a month. Great menu! Many choices! Negra Modelo on tap! Ate tonight late at 9:00pm, and the staff was very accommodating, even though it was closing time. Yamile (Dulcita) & Elisa took good care of us and even introduced me to a Mexican beer I had never heard of. Victoria. Love this place!
