First time and loved it, Montana Rolls were a great recommendation, thx! Will return!
We I have never had an unpleasant experience here. Everything we’ve had has been delicious. If you go for the first time you have to try the Montana roll, it is to die for! Japon is our go-to restaurant for a quiet night out, or to celebrate.
Worst Dining Experience EVER!. I had the worst experience ever at Japon. I have been there at least a dozen times, and my experience on 3/30/2012, was by most the worst DINING experience of my ENTIRE LIFE. The sushi bar looked disgusting, and I have pictures to prove it, the service was deplorable, and the host was rude. I asked to speak with a manager, but was told one was not available.
A group of us arrived at seven and still had not been served until nine! Some of us didn’t even get their dinners before we had to leave. We had even ordered ahead! Food was definitely not worth the wait
Yummy. Best sushi I’ve ever had. Love the ambiance and atmosphere. Wonderful sushi selection and is so delicious. A little too pricey for me but nice as a treat once in awhile.
I’ve never been so offended in a restaurant in my life. My wife and I have been going to Japon for better than five years, and after tonight never again. There was a table of six or seven people and they were drinking, throwing food across the table, drumming on their glasses with chop sticks, and worst of all loudly using foul language and making comments about homosexuals. The language was so bad that the two gentlemen seated next to us left before they finished their meals. After multiple comments to the manager, his only course of action was to reseat us and offer a free dessert. In my opinion, by allowing these people to remain in the restaurant, the management and staff of Japon are sending the message that this type of behavior is acceptable.
