We stayed at the doubletree and had a shrimp poboy with sweet potatoe fries and really enjoyed it. Being from Louisiana makes me Leary about Cajun food in far away lands like Denver. The shrimp was popcorn size with a hard crunchy breading. This is usually not my fave but on the poboy with their Cajun mayo made for a really great lunch.
