Horrible!!. This is the third time that I have asked for my food to be delivered. Each of those times, it has been late by over an hour. One time, I called them and asked about my food an hour after I had ordered, and the guy on the other end said he was looking at my food and he would try to get it to me in a half hour. I mean, come on guys, really? It gets better. The food is okay, not great. So, Red Lantern, you can’t treat people poorly if your food stinks too. Oh, and we only live about a mile from the restaurant. I mean, this is almost unfathomable.
Likes it.. Food is always hot and consistent. You have to remember chinese food is usually chinese food but what separates the good from the bad is attention to detail as well as good hot consistent food. I have never had any issues with red lantern , every time I order out I get my food faster than their estimated time. Stick with the basics and you’ll be pleased. I recommend the mongolian beef.

Awful staff! I went with my two children and was told that because I was wanting to take my order to go that I could not order kids meals and that the meals which include soup and rice I would not get soup because they don’t allow that for carry out either. Owner was very arrogant and rude. We ended up walking out.
