Terrible service, received menu in the mail a day ago I figured I’d try it out for lunch – the man on the phone tried to lie and say there was a delivery fee outside of 4 miles of $3, which the menu says 5 mile radius free (also I’m 4.3 miles away he checked and confirmed that) and he argued with me for several minutes. I offered to show the driver the advertisement I received literally this weekend and he said no, I had to pay the $3. Clearly just trying to scam people out of their money. Very disappointed.
Awful customer service. Ordered delivery through grub hub and received my food over 25 minutes after the delivery time… delivery man said it was so far when I looked it up on GPS, it only told me they are 15 minutes away.Food arrived cold. And it was super dry, so inedible I had to throw it away! Very disappointed I spent almost $30 on food that was this nasty.When calling to get a fresh order of food cooked correctly or even a partial refund, they refused. Upon consistent reports by me of how bad the food was, they agreed to a whopping 10% refund. $3.. that didnt even cover the price of the nasty wontons they delivered me.DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. THEY DO NO KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS WITH GOOD FOOD OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wouldnt even feed this food to my dog.
Siagon dragon customer service. If you order lunch it’s fantastic !On the other hand if you order dinner whole different taste and ingredients .Also, beware of coupon mishaps. If you don’t say you have a coupon for free app you won’t get it and if you get a app it might be one of those cold wrapped spring rolls which are horrible!Also dinner Mongolian beef Is 75 percent onion. Terrible dinner chef !
