Not feeling well, decided to order in. Ordered the shrimp Lo mein lunch, which was supposed to come with a crispy spring roll… But did not. I also ordered the Thai spring rolls, which I will say are huge… But lacking. Usually these rolls have mint in them, these did not. The peanut sauce that accompanied them was pretty good though. Also ordered crab rangoons, which were bland & soggy. Overall… The food was not very flavorful or satisfying… And for spending $24 I expected a little more. Maybe the crispy spring roll I didn’t get would have been good, I guess I’ll never know! Delivery was fast, I’ll give them that.
NOOOOOO. My friends and I order from different places often and LOVE sushi…We decided to order from Zen one night to try something new and their website looked pretty great. However, when our order arrived we were missing 2 rolls and had one roll we did not even order. The sushi was warm and mediocre, at best. When I called to speak with a manager, ‘Kelly’ told me she was the owner. Not only did she call me ‘a liar’ but also told me if I wanted my order corrected that I would be charged extra w/ no discount for their mistake. I am a business owner and aware that complaints are not always easy to deal with. However, this was the worst customer service I have ever received and definitely will not be going back or recommending them to anyone I know and neither will anyone in my party. We were appalled at her lack of customer service experience and couldn’t believe her responses. I only gave one star due to the fact that the mussels were decent. Everything else gets a serious thumbs down…Sad…we were very excited to find a new place to order from more frequently…Alas, my money was wasted….I suggest SushiYume on 104th and Federal. Better sushi. Better service.

Chirashi. DO NOT ORDER their chirashi dinner. That dinner said it comes with 13 pieces of sashimi. 4 pieces claimed by imitation crabsticks (half of it counts as one piece). The whole dish is pathetic. They only put 3 kinds of raw fish and a cooked shrimp and that costs you $17. So disappointing, another rip off. If you wanna go for chirashi, Bonzai is the best!
The last time we visited we had a waitress that could’nt speak basic english, had very slow service, and was served a dessert that was frozen solid and un- edible. The previous visit we had about the same results. Avoid this place like the plague!
Being Asian and from California I would say that this place is pretty good 8/10. They have a good selection of Chinese, Thai, and sushi and the food taste pretty fresh. My girlfriend loved the fantastic roll if you are feeling spending a little for a roll. I like their schwhan beef
Delicious!. The food is so fresh and delicious! They use high quality ingredients and the presentations are beautiful! Never greasy, always delicious.
