Fantastic Ciabatta. I discovered Dolce Sicilia driving down Wadsworth about two weeks ago. I decided to stop and found fresh ciabatta bread that was literally just coming out of the oven. It was so good that I’ve been back three more times. They also have a large assortment of sweets and other baked goods but make sure you pick up a loaf of the ciabatta.
Unbelievable Italian food. Could it get any better than Dolce Sicilia? I don’t think so. I stumbled upon this place driving down Wadsworth one day. The owners are from Sicily, and everything there is amazing. I’m addicted to just their plain Italian bread dipped in their sauce. Everything is homemade, their pignola cookies are to die for, and they have the best Mediterranean pizza- huge pieces of artichoke and vegetables, and AMAZING crust- really fair prices, too. Oh, and Franco, the owner’s son, also straight from Italy, adds to the experience with his good Italian looks and charm to match. Everything about this place is great.
