Super sad… love their food, staff is great but when you eat at their restaurant on July 4th at 11:59am and they charge your credit card 7 weeks later on August 18th for said service and they refuse to handle the issue stating it’s a credit machine company issue not their’s. I won’t ever eat there again! Take my money. Never again!
Horrible service, never got to eat.. As soon as the waitress showed up, we were in trouble. I asked what beers they had on tap and all I received was a blank stare. After a few minutes, the other waitress came over and told me they only had bottled beer. This was strange because they have a huge bar. When I asked what beer they had, she had no clue. After 15 minutes of waiting to place the food order, I made another mistake asking if the chili rellenos were pan fried or deep fried. I was rewarded with another blank stare from the original waitress. She wondered off and we were ignored for another 10 minutes. After waiting a total of 30 minutes, we got up and left. When I told the cashier about this and her reply was they were very busy. I looked around and only 5 tables had customers. She acted as she did not care and we were an inconvenience. I guess I should not have asked any questions about their menu or beers.I was charged $7.00 for one bottle of beer and a glass of lemonade. After the horrible service we had just received, I expected to have not been charged in hopes of us trying them again.I have no idea what the food tastes like but only having 5 tables full at 7:00pm tells me its as lousy as the service. Its a shame, a few years ago this was a great restraint.Drive north for a few more minutes to El Tapatio. This restaurant knows what they are doing. They have excellent food and a wait staff that actually know the huge menu and do not ignore you.

Shrimply the best!. CAMARONES A LA PARILLA – the absolute BEST spicy shrimp in the world. All the food is great, but this dish is outstanding.
