The worst Mexican food I’ve ever had. By far, this was the worst tasting Mexican I have ever had. How it has 89 percent positive reviews is beyond comprehension. The only thing more awful than the taste was how I felt after… More bloating than a Taco Bell grande meal. Do your stomach a favor and NEVER eat here.
Bland. I love all mexican food and like it spicy. I found Ralibertos to be extremely bland. I ordered the special #1 which includes a beef taco, 2 rolled chicken tacos (taquitos) and a bean tostada. The refried beans have no flavor at all. The shredded beef taco was equally tasteless. Be warned the chips and salsa are chips with pico de gallo thrown on top. Next time I will go to Los Arcos or Tamale Kitchen.
The food tastes as bad the employees attitudes, and ability to get the order right. The employee named Tanya needs to be demoted because she was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in a resturaunt! The tamale was hard and white in color and inside looked even worse. That was the 3rd time there and the last!! The manager needs to take action immediately, I feel sick and even dirty after my attempted lunch.
Delicioso!!. Both my son and I got combo plates that were served with the most delicious beans and fluffy flavorful rice. They made their own tortillas on site and were served fresh with my son’s burritos and my carnitas plate.While the portions are beyond generous – we’ll be back to order ala carte next time!! Would definitely recommend Ralibertos!!

My wife’s family is from El Paso, and she claims this is as close to quick authentic as you’ll find in CO. Can’t miss, whole menu is delicious!
Decent good *bertos style mexi. Coming from San Diego to Colorado now, Ralibertos is as close as i’ve found yet to the *bertos chains style of basic mexican fast food. Good carne asada and salsas prepared well and in the standard generous quantities that I’m accustomed to. 24/7 is a plus, there is nothing like a carne asada burrito after last call.
