My first thought !. I originally came on to look at the menu :/ luck would have it I could find the menu online but it is Mon.night ! I had to comment when I saw someone else’s in comparison to modern, my first thoughts too( sometimes Modern’s done just a bit on the more well done side), which is a good thing for lots of us , John’s is that nice dark golden(not tan) ,to satisfy both. The old school taste of whole milk mozz , a nice light red sauce ,or white, the great crunchy not mushy thin crust.Don’t change a thing! New Haven Pizza without the hassles of New Haven!..Best of Luck!

All I can say is I used to go to another Branford pizza place that claims new haven style apizza but I just happened to stop in a new place in the center that just opened up and this is real new haven style apizza and as far as I’m concerned the only real new haven style apizza in Branford!! Thank you big johns for coming to Branford!!
