Darbar is a great restaurant in the center of Branford. They have a friendly staff and great food. I have been coming here for years and have been to many Indian restaurants in this area. This is by far the best!
Terrible experience ! We went there on our way back to NJ after a weekend trip to MYstic,CT. Food was very bland. Uttapa, idli, dosa all were very rubbery. We had the vegetarian dishes and none were good. My 17 month son puked in the restaurant after after having the lunch buffet and I puked too after about half an hour after eating there.
THE BEST. I love Darbar. My fiance and I have been regularly going to Darbar since we started dating. The service is spectacular, and the food is off the charts.If you order to go, the food is ready super fast so it’s great for commuters like myself that are in a hurry to get food.
Definitely order the thali. Priced right, delicious and is enough food for at least two really hungry people.
