Still good. I have eaten at Pacileo’s for years-kept going back because the pizza was great. Excited to see they now deliver to ALL of Branford and are open on Mondays. Just had a large pizza delivered and it was far superior in flavor and better priced than many of the pizzas one can get in EH or Branford. Delivery was early, driver was friendly and polite.
Food tastes horrible!. I usually dont buy from pacileos but when my favorite restaurant Benny Js closed i decided to give it a chance and order a large pizza. As soon as i took my first bite i realized why i never went to pacileos. The food tastes horrible plain and simple. The other day (Thursday) i also drove by on the way home and I could see pacileos drying their towels on the dumpsters out back! Disgusting to say the least… Anyone looking for pizza in Branford should go to Honey Spot, Brothers, Marcos, Pepes, Born in America, Pepes, etc. All of these restaurants are better cleaner and cheaper. Pacielos is my least favorite restaurant and i will never go there again! And neither should you!!
Just had the Green Giant salad and it was just perfect. Walnuts, green and red apples, cranberries, feta cheese and mixed greens. Went perfectly with their house vinaigrette.
Keep an eye on your wallet. Absolutely delicious pizza. But we will never order from there again. We were overcharged by almost $10 on a $25 take-out order. The person at the register was unapologetic and acted annoyed when it was brought to her attention after I had paid and realized it was too much. The manager (owner?) got involved and offered MOST of the money back. He didn’t seem pleased either.
I have had an experience like Fran where they messed up our pizza, but they were extremely sorry and our new pizza only took a few minutes to remake. We go there almost weekly and will continue to go back
Not again. I ordered take out one night and was told i would be 25 minutes. I arrived in time to pick up my pizza and was told it was just going into the oven. This is not the first time. If they need more time because they are busy than they should quote more time. I dont want to wait another 15 minutes after I arrive. Another time we ordered pizza and a sub. When picked it up and brought it home realized it was the wrong pizza, right sub. We got a hawaiin when we ordered sausuage. They gave the wrong one. We went back to get our pizza which is an inconvenience and annoyance when its 8 at night and you just want to eat. They offered no apology or acknowledgment of thier mistake. With all the Pizza restaurants in Branford I definatley wont be going back.
