This as become my favorite restaurant in a 100-mile radius. Our waitress Tymbre is as good a server as any I’ve had in London or Paris or Hong Kong or Bangkok or Manhattan. So, she can tell you what goes with what, how things are prepared, and makes the whole meal work from starters to desserts and coffees. Great food, wine, desserts and drinks, but the service is the capper. Don’t go clogging this up for loyal fans ~ I’m only doing a glowing review so they’ll succeed as a business and I can keep going for a long time into the future — we’ve eaten here five times in about the last 60 days 🙂
