MIxed review. Harborview is a neighborhood market and restaurant with a lot of the patrons walking in from the surrounding community. The food is decent, the service is slow and it can be difficult to find a table. No doubt it’s something the neighborhood loves but it really isn’t a spot worth driving to. Also, if you’re going for breakfast, get there early as they do tend to run out of just about everything.
