  I ordered a Tres Leches Cake for my best friend’s baby shower in May of 2013. It was delicious, fresh, & and very affordable! They were very helpful and treated me very well. My only complaint is that they forgot to include one of the decorations for the cake. It was a small detail that we fixed with a rubber ducky :)-Evelyn

  Birthday Cake – – 2009-11-24This Mexico bakery has very poor customer services. I ordered a De Tres Leches cake on Monday, November 23, 2009 for a friend’s birthday on Tuesday, November 24, 2009. I spoke with a lady on the phone on Monday evening and I stated to her that I worked many hours and wondered if they could deliver my cake to my office. If I couldn’t make it there before they closed. The lady said, that the bakery closed at 9P.M. for clean up nightly and that someone could deliver my cake to my office after they cleaned the store. I called on Tuesday evening and ask if I could pick up my order and the clerk ask me what my phone number is? I gave her the number and she stated that she had no order under that number. So I explained to the clerk the ordered i placed. She again said there is no ordered for you. So I ask her if she had a cake with a different number. She said, yes but the cake is not what you ordered, but she could put the Happy Birthday and name on this cake. So i agreed and set up a time pick the cake up. The clerk said, they close a 9P.M. and they would be there until 10:45 P.M. and to knock on the back door when i get there and i said, that I would call her too. Then around 9:30 P.M. clerk stated that all staff had left and she was leaving and could I come and get the cake. I said, yes in 15mins. She stated that her ride was waiting and she couldn’t wait as she was being charged as we were talking. So i pleaded with her could anyone else come there or does anyone else come in. She said, a bread maker at 11 or 12 and I said , could I pick up the cake then. she said , no that’s the best I can do. This is the first time I have ordered from this bakery and the last. I HOPE THAT THIS BAKEY IS VERY HAPPY THAT THEY RUINED SOMEONES BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES NOT RECEOMED TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!
