New Ownership. I’ve been coming to AJ’s since i was born, so about 22 years.. The food is always fantastic. On my most recent trip, I noticed they changed ownership, and at first I was a little hesitant, as most would be after such a change. Although there are no longer two tiny irish women there, the new owners havent changed a thing (that i’ve noticed) about the food OR the shop itself. They still have super sauce, and the same menu items/prices. The quality of the sandwich? Still just as amazing as ever. If the new owners are reading this, THANK YOU, I’ll be back.

With some mystery sauce. It was sooo good. We are passing thru. Come check this place out if u are passing they the danbury/i-84 area.
Best sub shop hands down in Danbury. They’ve been open for 25+ years great service, always with a smile. I’ll be devastated the day it closes. Relaxing environment eat in or take it to go. Quality deli meat, not pre-packaged like Subway or other Sub shops.
