I absolutely seek out wood fired, brick oven, and/or Neapolitan-style pizza whenever I travel. Stanziato’s doesn’t have the sweeter crust that I prefer, but it was good tasting pizza nonetheless. With that said, I almost left after the hostess (a young Asian girl) threw my menu on my table and walked away without any welcoming words. I was so turned off until my waitress (Meg) completely changed my dining experience for the better with her attentiveness and very pleasant attitude. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the Danbury area.
