The Waterfall Restaurant by Elmer, is the creation of founder and entrepreneur Elmer Palma, who came up with the concept shortly after opening Elmer's Diner. Along with Richard Dominguez and Executive Chef Felix, he wanted to create a restaurant that would offer a diverse fusion menu consisting of Traditional American, Tapas, Mediterranean, Italian Bistro and Mexican. The restaurant acquired its name from our beautiful and impressive natural waterfall view. Our award-winning and extensive fusion menu cuisine features; appetizers, custom made salads, live lobster, fresh seafood, black angus steaks, homemade pastas, classic sandwiches and more... We only use imported extra virgin olive oil that we all know is really good for our health.
