This is the Stuff!!. New Haven Style Appiza done the right way! There aren’t a lot of pizzerias left in New Haven county who know how to do a proper bacon pizza………most places now opt for pre-cooked bacon bits but not Minervinis. They know the secret to a good bacon pie is to start with raw bacon on top and let it cook with the pizza, adding just the right touch of grease and flavor to the perfect mozzarella/sauce mix . Couple that with a perfect, thin, crunchy/chewy crust and you have a contender for the best Pizza in NH county. Which is of course to say, one of the best pies you’ll ever eat in your life. Seriously folks, I’m a pizza snob, born and raised in the area…..I don’t offer this praise lightly. This little pizza place in East Haven is not to be missed!
