Brick and wood pizza is very good and so is there home made mozzarella cheese. I really like the fact that it is made in a tick oven because it gives the pizza more flavor. My only complaint was that my pizza was a little bit burned on the crust because it was completely charred. Over all some of the best pizza in Fairfield better than colony
This pizza is pretty good. The restaurant is very nice and modern. The only thing with there pizza is that it’s usually too burnt. That is mostly because of there oven the goes to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit. So I don’t blame them for biting it a little bit.
This place is very gimmicky. Loud, overpriced, bad food, small portions, and a confusing menu. If you wanna hangout and drink maybe it’s alright but if you want a good meal, go somewhere else!
