Entering this place looks like going into Bill Graham’s Attic. Almost every inch of the walls are covered in 60’s-70’s rock posters, tapesteries, album covers and other paraphernalia. You might think you were walking into a head shop, not a deli. And that really is what Chef’s Table is, a deli. A really good deli. Serve yourself soup bar with a dozen choices. A hot food bar, a salad bar, and a wide variety of prepared sandwiches and wraps. They also have some food cooked to order. You serve yourself or order at the counter and either takeout or sit down. In keeping with the classic rock theme, the tables are made from amplifier cases (or made to look like amplifier cases) and other assorted music gear. Not exactly a place to hang out. It gets busy on a weekend during peak hours, lots of little kids roaming around. But great food, huge variety, reasonably priced.

Great for a lunch or meal on the go…. Or to stay. Chef’s Table really shines with their expansive meals that you can pick up quickly and take with you for lunch. Just pick something up, put a little summin’ summin’ together, and then you’re all set. There are also a few tables inside for you to sit and enjoy the food. omnomct.com

Their food is amazing. I got an eggroll, and it blew my mind. They have a great rock atmosphere. You can chill in a booth, enjoy a sandwich, an listen to Jimi Hendrix.
