Great addition to our community!. The Easton Village Store is something Easton has needed for a long time!! As a native to Easton and 3rd generation resident, I can vouch that very little changes in this town and very little is offered in regards to culinary convenience and opportunity . Thank God the current owners of this country store took the time and spent the money to make this establishment something the town can be proud of. In the years past, you wanted to take a shower after you left the building and you had to question if you it was wise to eat the food. Yes, it may have been less in cost but I go with, you get what you pay for. The newly renovated store with the new addition and outdoor seating for dining offers a multitude of sandwiches, salads, sides and deserts (including a full assortment of Gelato) plus with their new pizza ovens, they are throwing out to the public some great gourmet pies as well as the old staples. Everything is prepared fresh daily and in the past year, between running in the morning for my work lunch, before a day of skiing or after a day at the beach/pool, I can say everything is made to order and everything is great! I have had no complaints on any level and believe me, if you order food from any respectable establishment in the area, the prices will be the same! I am not one to write reviews but when I read a few negative reviews by people who I would say have no clue what they are talking about, I felt the need to write this for the store, proprietors and the town. I hope this helps anyone who is interested in going and has not made it there thus far. I say go check it out!!
Sadly this place has gone way down hill. I grew up in redding and have been going to the village store for probably 15 years or more, but since the renovation the prices have skyrocketed and the quality has declined rapidly. Couple weeks ago a new girl behind the deli counter completely screwed up a rt. 136 which is one of their classic sandwiches. It took her 20 min to make a simple turkey blt with pesto mayo except she put regular mayo and mustard which completely ruined it. Then this morning my wife ordered a farmers omelet which is supposed to have potatoes in it which we’re absent as well as being served with home fries also missing. For $9.50 this was just ridiculous. I noticed that there are at least 16 security cameras, how about taking a closer look at the training of your employees rather than watching your customers. I am heart broken that one of my favorite local establishments has been ruined by some moronic new owner who cares little about the quality of the product and is completely out of touch with the comunity. I recommend you (the owner) get a clue before you lose more than the small fortune that was spent to renovate the building. I will be trying to email whoever is running this place into the ground before the community completely loses this gem.

WAY OVERPRICED! Selection is average and the prices are more than in Manhattan where you expect to be ripped off. Used to be a quaint store, but sadly has become more and more pretentious over the years.
Too Expensive. I got a redbull and a bacon egg and cheese and it cost me $8.30. that is actually absurd. at misty vale in newtown, before 11am you can get a bacon egg and cheese for $1.25.
