After reading the reviews there is an element of truth to some of the points…let’s review: 1) Food-It is consistently good and is one of the main reasons why you select any restaurant 2) Staff – generally pleasant but any great establishment trains their staff to provide the little differences that separate good service from outstanding service (how was your meal, a smile, how was your day, thank you for coming, ect) 3) Ambiance – if your looking for peace and to carry on a mello conversation this is not your place. That’s not to say its bad its just lively and loud. Overall, I think this place is one of the better choices in the area and will survive in the long run.
Unprofessional. I sent my daughter and friend to Malto yesterday for dinner. They were refused entry because they were not 21 even though they made it clear they were dining; not drinking. Never again will I recommend this establishment to anyone.
Not a family friendly place…actually not a friendly place at all. Food is OK at best. This place considers itself pretty happening place but I believe it misses the mark by a long shot. Avoid if you can…but if you want to be picked up for a date – go there.
My money is better spent elsewhere. Atmosphere – too loud, as in very uncomfortable strictly shouting conversation back a forth. If you’re in a hurry and would like to be rushed through your meal this is the place for you- in and out like McDonald’s fast food. I guess the food was ok- the rushing and the atmosphere was such a distraction who could tell
