They Got It Right. We have been dining at the Roger Sherman Inn for thirty years. The current management both kitchen and waitstaff are the best they have ever had, which makes them very good.They had Bouillabaisse as a special on the menu. I hesitate to order in most restaurants, because the fish is usually overcooked and tough. This was superb. My dinner started with a delightfully fresh Tuna Tartar. My companion started with an excellent smoked salmon followed by delicious short ribs that were fork tender.The service was perfect and unobtrusive. A marvelous dining experience.
