This is my second time at Sal Pepe and the food is excellent. Warm and inviting dining experience, and the wait staff is top notch. If you’re looking for a night out and want some good food I highly recommend this place.
We don’t dine out often, but when we do Sal e Pepe is always top of our list! I have never had a meal short of amazing there and the staff is top notch! I was in the food service industry for most of my adult life, so I tend to mentally nit-pick restaurants I visit. But in all of my visits there I’ve had nothing but positive experiences … unless you count the time we couldn’t get in because my husband didn’t make a reservation!
Sal e Pepe has a wonderful menu selection. You can choose from spicy to mild dishes but no matter which you choose it is always flavorful. The atmosphere is welcoming, comfortable and pleasant. The staff is courteous and attentive. I couldn’t ask for anything better.
As always, we had a great evening with great food and service. I have never had anything bad or even close to bad to say about Sal e Pepe’s, how in the world could I when the food and service are among the best in the Newtown area.Once again we exited with a smile and full belly’s.Thank you to the complete staff of Sal e Pepe’s for doing such a great job, from entering to our exiting your restaurant. The soft shell crabs were out of this world!
Excellent food and atmosphere. Sal-e-Pepe has consistently great authentic Italian food and a very warm atmosphere. I highly recommend making a reservation on weekends.
