  SHOCKED. Have on numerous occasions called in take out. This one time I did not get what I asked for. I called to advise the order was wrong and wanted a refund for the amount for the item that was wrong. My husband could not eat fish we asked for steak teriyaki. We do not live close by and since it was a mistake on their part I expect a refund for $18 or asked for their delivery person to drop off the correct meal and take back the wrong meal. The woman insisted she did not make a mistake I ordered what she gave me. I think I know what I ordered.After holding she comes back with a credit for $8 her reasoning we can eat the rest of the food not the fish. Again I said we don’t want the other food credit the full amount or deliver the correct item. Very rudely she said we will credit the $18 but don’t ever call or come here again. APPALLED will gladly never go there again. They were not the best anyway.

  I’ve been to the majority of sushi places in and near Fairfield and I think this is the best by far. I do enjoy a couple others but the sushi here tastes super fresh and is always presented well. They have good service and sometimes have coupons on their website. Definitely check this place out!
