AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. This place just like its other sister establishments needs management help badly! I recently ordered from Wilton Pizza, after 90 minutes I called and they said it was on the way, it never came. Tonight I ordered from Toozy Patza like I have many times in the past. This is going to be the last. They constantly mess up the order and are rude . They’ll either give you a snarl when you point out their mistake or talk loud enough for you to hear them from the kitchen. -Anyway tonight I ordered two extra thick pizza’s and was charged for two extra thick pizza’s. I received two regular pizza’s. The boxes even said Xtra thick on them. This is not the first time either, its maybe the 5th. Including that I ordered fries which came out more like mashed potatos. Finally I ordered Mac N Cheese bites and received mozzarella sticks. I can’t stand this place. The food isn’t half bad, but the customer service at a lemonade stand is more professional. i really hope the owner will take a hint one day and do a clean house.
Great Pizza. As mentioned, I also feel that this is the best pizza in its area, but it may not be for everyone. The reason I say this is because it is a very greasy, messy pizza but has wonderful flavor. I especially like how they make the pepperoni pizza with the pepperoni under the cheese, just taste great… Give it a try if your in the mood for a pie…
Toozys. By far the best pizza in wilton/ridgefield area!!!!23 Sep, 2009Amazing experience. Brought my entire family to this restaurant there was something on the menu for everyone and everyone left satisfied. The service was extremely friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere with the live music playing was even better. The food was delicious, and like i said before, there was something for everybody.
