Best. The interior is not particularly impressive – like a typical neighborhood pizza joint, but the pizza blows away the local competition, and there is a lot of that in Bethel. If you are looking for just good pizza, this is the place. Crust is not too stiff and dry like some which taste like a matzoh, like their wood-fired neighbor, or too sweet like the guys up the street, and the sauce isn’t too sweet or overbearing like some of the Greek or Albanian competitors downtown. I like the plain cheese the best, but occasionally I’ll have the eggplant or broccoli rabe toppings.
