Well prepared food, good service. I go to Chilis all over the US and found this to be one of the best locations. I am surprised the other reviews aren’t too good. There is usually a wait at this location. I like the bar specials. The food is typically served hot and prepared well We’ve always had great service. I like the chipolte crispers, fajitas and burgers. Lots of flavor!

Hurt. I never thought I would use the term discrimination I am not one to be too sensitive towards the little things in life, until I visited Chili’s in GlastonburyMy father takes my children and I out to eat every Wednesday and we chose the location because it was convenient. Well, we got there we orChilly’s in Glastonbury. Worst experience ever! I guess we looked like we wouldn’t tip so the waitress forgot our appetizers Coronas no limes our orders wrong food was cold and the manager was no better he came to say it was busy and that my father’s ribs were dropped everyone else was being served ok and at the end we had to correct the bill 4 times because she added extras 2 1/2 hrs of pure torture at Chili’s at the end my dad pulled out a stack of cash in her face and loudly said here is your tip I recommend that if you are going to eat there, make sure you look like you have money so you can get good service I know I am spreading the word as much as I can, my feelings were hurt..
