Good Food. I like the ambiance in this dinner. The hot dogs are IMO great!. Have not tried burgers yet, but I would be surprised if they are not good. The place is ok, nothing fancy, but the taste is great.

Great dogs and clams. Lunch or dinner. I’ve been coming here since the 50’s.20 Jul, 2012I’ve been eating at Glenwood since Mr. Stone opened it. Great food, fast service. The absolute best fried clams in the world. Foot longs and frys over a thousand times. Grew up in the neighborhood. One of my very favorites.

Eat before you go. 20 years ago this place was great, fries, burgers and dogs. Good food and inexpensive. Went here couple of months ago, small dogs and burgers, fires are ok. Spend $15 and stopped at subway on the way home.

No frills. Lots of hype about this place. Go in, state your order, listen to the cashier shout it to the line cooks. Fried fish sandwich with tartar sauce has a good fresh taste. Saw some delicious looking fried clam plates. Skip the cole slaw — thin, tasteless dressing. Fries aren’t anything special. Lobster roll is extremely buttery.

Great place if you are into burgers, if the family is split between fried versus healthy Kelly’s Connection is attached and has good salads and soups in addition to ice-cream.

Great Stop. If you feel like stuffing yourself with a thick greasy double cheeseburger with do-it-yourself fixings…this is your spot. Burger cooked fresh and tasted fantastic!

My favorite fish-fry. Glenwood has everything you could ask for. great fried fish, soft-shelled crabs in season, burgers and more. the food is cooked perfectly, but don’t expect a low-fat meal – pretty much everything is served with french fries and cole slaw. delicious!the atmosphere is a little bit old-fashioned, with hard plastic seats and basic tables. you would expect to find a place like this nearby to the beach. customers line up to order, and the food is ready by the time they make it to the register. service is courteous and efficient. Be sure to grab a cone next door!
