Pretty good. My wife and i went here for the first time last night. i had the nabeyaki udon (my go-to hot japanese dish) and i found it to be passable. not bad at all, but far from the best i’ve had. oddly, there was a mass of spinach in the soup. i’ve never seen this dish prepared that way. i was very excited that i could get seaweed salad as a starter for no extra charge.my wife ordered a roll and fried dumplings. the roll was beautifully prepared, made with high-quality fish, and delicious. the dumplings were interesting. more spinach (in the wrapper) and the filling included edamame.the service was very slow, and our food came out at different times. it was a weeknight, and i think they were short staffed, so i’m not going to hold it against them. overall we enjoyed our experience and will certainly go back.
