Came here because a friend came for lunch and raved about the blackened chicken. The beer selection is okay but we have had a lot of problems since we showed up here an hour and 15 minutes ago (we haven’t even got our main courses yet) :* it took 55 minutes for everyone to get water* it took over 20 minutes to get a waitress* they started by saying they were out of rolls for any burgers or sandwiches. Then over the next 30 minutes they came out slowly telling us of the other things they were out of. This included: blackened chicken, grilled chicken, pineapple, sauted onions. Granted this is during convention weekend but the place is right across from the convention center so they have no excuse to not be used to it or not expect it. So far still very hungry and quite disappointed. Edit: food arrived in three shifts, we’re told they are now also out of pineapple and chili. Apparently we are getting a discount for our troubles but for a 2 hour dinner trip this was massively underwhelming.
I ordered the cup of chili for $5.95. It took over 30 minutes to be served, was Luke warm, topped with grease and contained only ground beef with a few flecks of peppers – definitely not worth it. Our other dishes were a bowl of chili, sm fry and chicken fingers with fries so I’m not sure what the delay was. Definitely post-alcohol food, not for a business lunch…..

Drinks or Food?. Go here for happy hour, but the food was unimpressive. It would be good after you’re drunk, but what isn’t at that point. They get a C for the hamburger and mac & cheese, but cold Smithwichs on tap is good. You’ll enjoy the food here is you think Red Lobster is fine dining, and Olive Garden is true Italian food. So, in closing, go here to eat if you have no taste. This being said, I will return here for drinks!
Panera has better food than this place!. I wish I had just gone to Panera bread for a sandwich and a salad! The food at Arch Street is BAD! Portions are small and ingredients are CHEAP. Atmosphere is beautiful, but the service is anything but beautiful. $10 for that crummy salad? Never again.
