Terrible customer service. Don’t go here. There is no way to maintain a business when you do not value your customers. Management hides behind in the kitchen and will not come out to address a customer’s needs. The credit card machine is conveniently out of order so you can use their atm.

Horrible service. So I called in to order my food. They took my order and told me it would be ready for pickup when I got there. I go there to pick up my food and they tell me they don’t have anymore of what I ordered over the phone 10-15mins prior . So why would they take my order and tell me it’ll be ready if when I got there they didn’t have it? That’s very unprofessional of them .. It confused me so bad , I used to love their food but now it’s like everytime I order they never have anything in stock. It makes no sense to me. I will never put another dollar in their business .
Great food! Best Customef Service. I’ve been a frequent patron for many years and the food is delicious, with new items added often. I look forward to the Fall & Winyer to enjoy pumpkin rice! My favorite thing overall is the staff’s pleasant customer service that shows how they appreciate your business. This alone keeps me coming back!
They used to be the best Jamdown in Hartford. Now not so much. Id even say the food is just downright bad. I go back every once in a while to see maybe there’s a new cook or something. But each time it disappoints and I end up throwing the food away. By the way, adding tons of Accent salt does not fix bad cooking.
They’re plaintains are gross and they’re always out of everything. Its overrated.
