It looks as though three years ago it was a yakitori place. The sign says yakitori sake bar. There were six items of yakitori, two types of sake, but the bar was front stage. Over priced at what was offered, but my quintessence martini was very nice.

Bad Selection, Bad Atmosphere, Bad Food. I went here on a first date after passing by it so many times when I worked downtown. The moment I walked in the door I knew it was going to be a second rate typical northern CT restaurant. Firs,t we walked in and wandered around like we were lost before anyone sat us. After sitting down there was really no selection of food at all. The sushi was horrible, bland and dry like something you would get out of the freezer at the grocery store not to mention overpriced. The atmosphere was pretty horrendous, loud, bad 80’s music, painted cement floors and uncomfortable bar like seating made it really unwelcoming. I would NOT recommend this place to friends (or enemies).
Adventurous eating. Beef tongue & eel yakitori with a green tea martini – what more could one ask for?
