  I have been ordering from fortune wok for quite a while, normally once a week (my son is huge on Chinese)- its my go to Chinese restaurant. Recently, I had an issue where the driver kept $17 for a tip. My kids were home and payed for the food with 2 20s, the driver then told my kids that they didnt have change. Obviously them being 12 years old, they didnt know what to do so they said keep the change. I initially felt- wow, what a way to take advantage of a kid. The store was closed that night by the time I found out, the following day was very busy for me- so 2 days later I called and spoke with them. The driver proceeds to get on the phone very rudely and tells me my kids are lying. She then says her son delivered the food and was told to keep the change, eventually her story changes and she says she spoke with my kids(which never happened). She then questioned why I took 2 days to call and also even asked me why I wasnt home (I had ran out quickly- the food wasnt there by the time it was supposed to have arrived). All of which was none of her business. She also told me that she wouldnt know how much of a tip she took because she didnt know the total- not sure how you can be a delivery person and not know the total of someones order. So- the driver took $17 from KIDS, denied it, called my kids liars, changed her story, AND questioned my parenting. Thankfully, the woman who works in the store was very nice- they did return my money- and I did let her keep the tip she was SUPPOSED to take. Lesson learned- I will never order from this restaurant again.
