Really not good and not even cheap. Here’s what we got:Vegetable tempura: not bad, but really soggy.Big City Roll: soggy and slimy and not fresh at all. Couldn’t bring myself to eat more than one pieceAsparagus maki: soggy slimy and in fresh also, but I ate all of it because I was hungry and everything else was grossVegetable teriyaki: tasted like the vegetables had been marinating for 500 years in a vat of teriyaki in the sun. Literally just soggy vegetables that essentially taste like solid teriyaki with some sesame seeds. Did not like. But the miso soup that came with it was ok.
YUM!. I LOVE this place! The fish is always fresh, the prices are low and the staff are very helpful and pleasant. My Favorites are the Crispy Salmon Roll, the Philly Roll and the Pork Gyoza! Go to this hidden gem. It is worth the trip!
Love their Boston roll. It’s a bit pricey unless you go for lunch. They even managed to get me to eat avocado and a California roll. Now, I’m learning to appreciate caviar.
Quite a nice suprise. Two words stand out for me, Shabu shabu. Something thats not easy to find in the area. I had the spicy broth with seafood and veggies and really enjoyed it.
Delicious, inexpensive Japanese food and friendly, attentive service. Tucked *way* in the back of the Staples strip mall on Washington, it’s easy to overlook this hidden gem. I had the teriyaki salmon lunch — it was fresh and delicious.
Great veg friendly sushi restaurant. Huge selection of vegetarian options for a sushi restaurant and it’s excellent food too. Bf says the meat/seafood is excellent too. Can’t believe more people haven’t heard of this place. Must be because of the location in a shopping plaza.
