DISGUSTING. The food at this restaurant is not fit for humans. The atmosphere is cold and uncomfortable. The staff, while nice, is unprepared and otherwise busy. My tamale was just so so. My burrito tasted like CAT FOOD
WOW. Terrible food. Never been here but know its been around forever. Used a Groupon and the rules for the Groupon were ridiculous. Nickeled and dimed throughout the meal. The clincher, the worse salsa possible. Looked like pasta sauce and tasted like cold tomato soup.
It was terrible!! The boldness of the flavor could have been alright except everything was mixed together. Otherwise the food tasted like microwaved soggy leftovers. The service was non existent to be nice. We didn’t finish the meal and didn’t want take home. I couldn’t believe they charge the prices for the poor service, poor food presentation and poor flavoring. I wouldn’t recommend this even if I don’t like you. Pros – the atmosphere was medium, the menu had me excited to try the food.
Looks nice but this place smells
Terrible. I am truly surprised this restaurant has been able to stay in business. We found the restaurant through restaurant.com. We each ordered a combination platter that included poor examples of refried beans and the dreaded Mexican rice. Our Tres Amigos, 3 different enchiladas, were tasteless. I cannot imagine worse Tex-Mex in CT. One is shameful is Iguanas Ramos, located nearby, serves authentic Mexican street food that is sooo much better.
