Our favorite place!. Great food, great service, great drinks. Good prices, too. We go here often. The place is jammed on Friday and Saturday nights so they are doing something right! Menu selections go from the typical TexMex food to the truly authentic. I try something new each time. Love it.

Great food! Decent waiter. Fun atmosphere. Sangria was great. Had the crab enchiladas which were really yummy. table side guacamole was good. Food was filling. Location a little hard to find for someone not familiar with downtown Middletown. But overall a nice time.
Hello my name is Ileana and I dine at Puerto Vallarta at least twice a month. The food is authenthic and the place is filled with nothing but people who are warm and attentive. I have dined at other mexican reastaurants before, but nothing compares to the quality of food served at Puerto Vallartas. I guarantee you that once you try Puerto Vallarta, you will make that the choice of your Mexican dinning.
Fun!. If your in the mood for some good nachos and an ice cold Negro Modello then go! Friendly staff, many menu choices. Good place to hand out with your friends, or bring your girl! I will go back for melted cheese is good.
Delicious food, excellent service – a *must visit* Middletown restaurant. I confess, I’ve passed by Puerto Vallarta restaurant many times but hadn’t eaten there until today. Wow, what an oversight I’d made…. the food and service at this family-owned restaurant are excellent! Prices are reasonable and servings are generous. So even though it’s located in an unassuming strip mall, don’t pass Puerto Vallarta by. Highly recommended.
